At Kita Orthodontics, it is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! Every patient’s needs are different. Therefore we will determine your fee according to your condition and the estimated duration of treatment. It is our goal to provide you with the most efficient and convenient payment schedule. We will work with you to accommodate your needs.
We accept payments via Cash, Check, Visa and MasterCard.
During your initial clinical exam and case presentation, we will discuss the fees for orthodontic treatment. We offer a monthly payment plan to help you finance your orthodontic treatment much like a bank loan with one BIG EXCEPTION. There is no finance charge for current accounts. Please note that your monthly payments will not coincide with your appointments. Initially, your orthodontic appointments may be at 5 to 10 week intervals. Towards the end of treatment, your appointments will be at shorter intervals.
We also offer third party financing through CHASE Health advantage that can allow you to start treatment with us interest free and no down payment if you qualify.
We also offer a discount for payment in full before the start of treatment and for multiple family members undergoing treatment at once.

Insurance
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Remember that insurance policies vary, and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.
